By entering the Fletcher's Creek Village monthly give-away (the "Contest"), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Please read the rules carefully before entering.

No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of Fletcher's Creek Village, Brampton, Ontario, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, Royal LePage Signature Realty, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter.

How to enter. To enter, complete the entry form on fletcherscreekvillage.com/contest with your name, email address, phone number, and Fletcher's Creek Village street address. Limit one (1) entry per household, per monthly give-away. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Odds of winning. Your chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

Selection of winner. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within two (2) business days after the last day of the applicable entry month. The selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, within five (5) business days of being contacted, in order to be declared the winner.

Notification. The Sponsor will contact the selected entrant using the email address and/or phone number provided in the entry form. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, forfeits the prize, or fails the skill-testing question, another entrant will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize. The monthly prize is a $50 CAD gift card of the winner's choice (from a list of Canadian retailers or a local Fletcher's Creek Village business made available by the Sponsor). The prize is non-transferable, has no cash-equivalent alternative, and cannot be exchanged for another prize. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Publicity release. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name, photograph, likeness, neighbourhood, and any comments made in connection with the Contest, by the Sponsor, without further compensation or notice, for promotional purposes on this website, on social media, and in other marketing materials.

Privacy. Personal information provided by entrants is collected and used by the Sponsor solely for the administration of this Contest and to contact winners. It is not sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties. You will receive marketing emails from the Sponsor only if you separately choose to subscribe. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Right to cancel or modify. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

Third-party brands. Any third-party brands whose products or services are offered as a prize are in no way affiliated with, sponsors of, or endorsers of this Contest. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Governing law. This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
This Contest is void where prohibited by law. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Google, or any social media platform on which it may be promoted.
